POTENTIAL PROJECT I

SITE OWNER - CITY OF NEW ORLEANS

This project proposes utilizing a vacant property for a detention basin and park adjacent to Poland Avenue. Additionally this project would incorporate regrading the neutral ground on Poland Avenue to store water. New trees in both the lot and neutral ground would be added, along with a bench for slowing down and enjoying the space.
